王泉，男，1972年9月生，2010年毕业于华中师范大学中共党史专业并获法学博士学位，副教授，现为湖北师范学院国际学院院长、党总支书记、国际教育研究中心主任、湖北省中外合作办学专家组成员,英国爱得思商业技术委员会鄂东中心主任、英国国家计算中心湖北中心主任，2010年6—10月曾赴英国牛津大学访问研修，已在人民出版社出版个人专著1部，在诸如《社会主义研究》等重要核心期刊发表论文20余篇，主持参与省部级人文社会科学项目四项，多次荣获校级、省级先进个人称号。
Dr. Wang Quan
Wang Quan, male, born in September 1972, graduated from the Central China Normal University at faculty of History of the Communist Party of China and received his Degree of Doctor of Law in 2010, associate professor, the Dean of the International College of Hubei Normal University now, secretary of General Party branch, director of the International Education and Research Center, member of the Group of Experts of China-foreign cooperation in running schools at Hubei Province, director of the Eastern Center for EDEX Business and technology Committee of the United Kingdom, director of the Center of Hubei at UK National Computing Center, had advanced study and training at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom in July - October 2010, published the individual one monograph in the People's Publishing House, published more than 20 articles at core journal, such as "Socialism Research", participated four Humanities and Social Sciences projects in the provincial and ministerial level, won advanced individual title many times at university and the provincial level.
